Here’s My Story

As a seasoned Executive Chef with almost 30 years of experience, I’ve spent my career perfecting the art of food. From hotel resorts, bistro kitchens, to larger mainstream brands, I bounced around quite a bit. Eventually I landed in healthcare running hospital kitchens for well over 10 years now. Back in college, while playing hockey at culinary school, I was active and energetic. But as the years went on, the demanding life of a chef took its toll, and I found myself increasingly out of shape.

Two years ago, everything changed. I realized that to be the best version of myself for my wife and son, I needed to make a significant shift. I challenged myself to wake up early every weekday and commit to a consistent workout routine. Through trial and error, I experimented with various fitness programs and food apps to track my calories. As a former athlete, the workout routine came naturally, but the nutrition side is where I struggled. Despite my culinary expertise, I faced the surprising challenge of crafting meal plans that met my needs.

Then it hit me—if I, an Executive Chef, was finding it difficult to plan nutritious meals, how many others were struggling even more? This realization led to the creation of NutriGenX, a service designed to help people bridge the gap between the science of nutrition and quality food they can actually prepare and enjoy.

To ensure I could provide the best guidance, I pursued additional education and became a certified nutrition coach. Now, I’m ready to share my expertise, guiding you on your journey to better health and wellness through personalized nutrition plans and culinary solutions that work in real life.
